A SLAYING SONG TONIGHT

A holiday comedy, the story of the love between a Swedish immigrant, Sigrid,  and an axe murderer, Einar Krakstad, set in the wilds of northern Minnesota in the 1920s.  Also in the mix are the successful Chicago liquor distributor Frank Zamboni and his friend Kitty Katt.  An out-there comedy, with a melodramatic and Christmasy ending.

This is a musical, with book by John, lyrics by Sue Ennis, and music by Hummie Mann.  Currently there are 18 songs.
